Processing time

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over $50.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, reach out to support@nuvoca.co and we'll look into it.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of your ship date and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
