How to Use
You don't need a routine. You don't need to learn anything.
Put it on after you brush your teeth, go to sleep, and take it off in the morning. That's the whole method. Here it is step by step.
Before you apply
Start with a clean, dry face. If you use a toner or essence, let it absorb first. Skip heavy creams underneath — the mask seals better against bare skin.
Applying the two pieces
The mask comes in two pieces on purpose: an upper piece and a lower piece. Your face isn't flat, and two pieces follow its actual shape instead of bridging over your jaw and nose.
- Press the upper piece across your forehead and around your eyes.
- Press the lower piece over your cheeks, around your mouth, and along your jaw.
- Smooth each piece outward from the center so there are no air gaps. An air gap is a spot the mask isn't touching.
Then go to sleep
The mask seals on and holds for up to 8 hours. Sleep on your side if you want — that's what the two-piece fit is for. In the morning, lift the pieces away and you're done. No rinse needed.
Timing it around an event
Wear it the night before something that matters — a wedding, a reunion, the work photo. The result is a next-morning result: plumper, brighter, less tired-looking. It's temporary and it comes back each time you use one, so time it to the morning you care about.
First time using it?
If your skin is reactive, patch test behind your ear first. That's true of anything new, including this.
